Researches and facilitates any requests for the division, alteration, or adjustment of real property boundary lines. ![]() The actual total will vary depending upon each employee's enrollment choices. Total compensation is an estimate based upon base compensation, median retirement fund contributions, and current employer-paid health and related benefit contribution rates (including medical, dental, life insurance, long term disability, and leave). Positions in this class are distinguishable from GIS positions in the Information Systems Department by their specific emphasis on the Assessor's property control function. The position allocated to this classification is responsible for reporting to the Segregation and Mapping Supervisor. This position performs technical work within the Assessor’s Office utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Property Tax, and CAMA software to update and maintain the Assessment Tax Rolls and the Assessor’s Mapping Products.
